Program Details
This program is designed to prepare and develop the next generation of leaders for future boardrooms, a two-weeks intensive program intended to equip the knowledge and tools required to function as effective directors covering key topics such as governance, strategy, leadership and finance. You will also have the chance to network and share experiences with other senior professionals.

- Board Directors: newly appointed and current board directors who want to increase their effectiveness in board rooms.
- Executives: leaders aspiring to excel their careers and prepare for board-level positions.
- CXOs: chief-level executives who frequently interact with the board of directors and committees, and want to better understand the board role.

Certification
Upon completing this program, you will receive a certificate of completion by CfG. Additionally, you will be eligible and well-prepared to pursue the Company Direction Certification by the Institute of Directors (IoD). This certification is not only globally recognized but also stands as a degree-level qualification, equivalent to a bachelor's level (SCQF) qualification in its own right.
